    Hello,
This is a very basic question from a newbie - apologies in advance.

    I have published a post: http://aretecoaching.co/2012/08/08/sugar-is-as-dangerous-as-fatty-cheeseburgers-research-shows/

    But I can't figure out:
    - how to navigate to it through the site's toolbar.
    - **Where** does the post live in the site map I set up?
    - I want to set up my site such that the blog isn't on the Home page, it's on the Blog page I set up. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with pages vs. posts

Related question: someone "liked" the post I just published - but how did they find it? I haven't told anybody this website exists yet.

I'm a very new basic wordpress user, so please speak in monosyllables as much as possible :)

Cheers, and thanks for your help,
    Clare

(I have no idea what version of WordPress I'm using - where do I find that?)

When you log into your admin panel, on the "Dashboard" you have a tiny text with: "You are using WordPress 3.4.1" (or something).

For the blog section, you should probably go to Settings -> Reading, pick the "Static page" radio (it should be on already) and select a "Posts page" which is the blog page from your menu (Blog News). This should list all your posts in there, including the one from your list.

Also, you could add an extra column on some pages that lists your latest posts or something, so that this could be visible (however it would be in your blog page as well).
