I'm sorry, I'm a newbie to WordPress. So this will be a lame question, but I really have no clue. How do I install Options Framework? I've downloaded the zip, and unzipped the zip. But now? Where do I put these files?

Nevermind, I've found it. In your site, go to Dashboard > Plugins > New plugin > Upload, Browse to the zip-file and click the Install Button.
It's a standard way of WP for installing plugins, and theme's too.
