newbie header sizing layout problem

Hi, folks. I’m trying to modify the Kubrick theme a bit and I can’t quite get it to do what I want. In particular, I’m trying to reduce the size of the header image — 100 pixels high instead of 200. I’ve changed what appear to be the appropriate lines in style.css and header.php but my title is appearing too far down the page.
