kabuchmannMy domain reg is with Network Solutions. I've setup new hosting with them and in the process removed the domain pointer to the old host. Old host is still active...plan expires in 3 weeks. Waiting to ensure this WP thing works out before taking down old site at Drupal Gardens.
Installed WP to /wordpress1 directory. Built site with no problems. Yesterday afternoon I successfully changed my site's URL using these directions http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory. I was cranking along fine for an hour or so and then it suddenly reverted back to my old site at Drupal and I lost access to new WP site. Hilarity ensued.
I was able to get access back by editing functions.php using these directions http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL. Went through all the steps to change URL again and everything was kosher again for a few hours. Then it reverted back a second time. Wash, rinse, repeat.
All was well again for a few more hours and it just reverted back a third time.
What am I missing???!!!
