New WP Install gives 404 when Sorting Tags (1 post)

    On a brand new WordPress install, going to tags or categories and sorting by number of posts gives a Page not Found error.

    I decided to do a clean install since I had this problem on a running site. Still having the same issue.

    Any ideas on the cause?
