Ever since I uploaded the newest WordPress, I can't upload photos using the link, I can't save changes like title and caption to the photos I do add (through HTML) in the popup window; I can't even press "Help" in the corner of my dashboard- it isn't grayed out, but it is not clickable. Everything looks like a link but is useless. !! This is VERY frustrating!
I am using a Mac and have tried this through Chrome and Safari. Probably Firefox, too, I'm sure at this point.
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
