New WordPress site, no permission to create categories

    I just setup my WordPress site, http://thejabberbox.com. I only have one user registered, the default admin account. For some reason when I try to add a category, it says I don’t have the permission to do so. I can do everything else in the admin panel. What may be the problem?

    I wiped the blog out and installed version 2.1.3… still the same problem.
