   I was just prompted to upgrade my wordpress ver 2.8.4 to the "new?" 2.8.4... and now I don;t notice anything different but my comments which are all out of whack.

   That is a CSS problem. Increasing the width on .commentlist .comment gets you a long way. Adding ul.children li{width:400px} helps too. I'd suggest you fix those 102 errors first though, especially the missing end tags and tag mismatches. Those can make a mess of layout.
