new users on forum can't access edit profile

Hi I have a new forum on my wp. The wp won’t let my users access edit profile in order to change passwords or anything.

they get this error
You attempted to access the “FeedingKids.TV” dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the “FeedingKids.TV” dashboard, please contact your network administrator.

I have enabled user registration on my wp settings but it only lets them register nothing else.

would love some advice on how to get it happening.

I will paste the settings page below so you know what I have done in wp –

Registration Settings

Registration is disabled.
Allow new registrations this is the one that I have checked. 🙂
User accounts may be registered.
Logged in users may register new sites.
Both sites and user accounts can be registered.

Even when I access their profiles I have no option to change their user access.
