I am constantly getting new users added into my wp blog. I installed wordfence security and changed passcodes. Is this a host issue?? Today alone, I already had 3 new users and one even made a post, that I deleted within one minute.

In your admin under Settings > General
maybe you should uncheck the box “Anyone can register”

If that box is unchecked, then I would say there’s something with the site/server and I would consider a hack attempt. I don’t think that they are doing anything bad, but it’s still a bit annoying.
