New User Registrations Not Receiving Verification Email

    Like a few others, I seem to be having the same issue whereby new user registrations are not receiving their verification emails. In addition to WordPress 3.8.1 and Register Plus Redux running on a Linux platform, I have the following plugins installed:

    Basic User Avatars v1.0.0
    Ditty News Ticker v1.4.0
    Members Import v1.1
    NextGEN Gallery v2.0.40
    Simple Access Control v1.4
    TheCartPress v1.3.4.3
    Theme My Login v6.3.9
    ThreeWP Activity Monitor v2.11

    Just to update this. I have now tried disabling verification email and having autologin, but it doesn’t log the new user in. If I try a new username/password, it states that the password is incorrect.

    Last update on this. Went into Theme My Login settings and enabled ‘Custom E-mail’. Didn’t change the content of any of them. Registration now sends an email containing username and password. Just have to check password reset and lost password options.
