New user approval link

    Hey guys,

    for now im using Theme my profile/login plugins and they are great! One of my clients who use Theme my login wish to extend a bit approval proces.

    Currently after registration of new user, admin receive summary of whole account and URL which redirects admin into pending page – and there he need to change new user role.

    Is there any way to do it the same way ( so activation by admin ) but without need to login by admin? JUST clicking an url with unique key like http://www.yourdomain.com/user.php?=2429fah390122 or sth like that and thats it? Could you help me a bit?
