I'm having a hard time finding exactly where to upload the theme I have downloaded. Suggestions?

Posted 3 years ago #You need FTP access. For cPanel, and everything else, tutorials are out there.
Then upload the theme in to
wp-content/themes
In 2.8, a built in install feature will be added.
