• I have been reviewing the WordPress web site and can follow mostly, but then sometimes get lost (NOT a guru, mostly end user). Yahoo is currently hosting my website (www.taylordimage.com) and my main question is can I convert my current site to a web-blog site? If so, can I create a local dummy copy of the new blogged site and upload it when its ready?

    Thanks for the help.

Normally I’d say ‘Yes!’ but … Yahoo can be weird. Check if your hosting type allows it first.

And I would install WP in a subfolder to build it out, and then move it to root when you’re ready 🙂

When I purchased the Widescreen theme a second theme called Twenty-ten accompanying it and is loaded on GoDaddy’s server. How can I take 20-10’s blog page to merge into my Widescreen’s format? I suspect it has something to do with the link connections? I concluded this because of the forum’s mentioning about using several theme in one website. If that is the case, would 20-10’s blog take on the attributes of Widescreen format?

It’s considered rude to post an unrelated question in someone else’s thread.
