   Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public

   To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /home/sunshine/public_html/wp-content/backup-db

   This is all I see at the top of my pluggins.
   Where do I go to fix it?

   The DB Manager plugin is telling you to move the .htaccess file from its own folder to the backup-db folder in wp-content. You have to do the move via FTP. Just download the file to your local hard drive, switch to the wp-content/backup-db folder, and upload it there.
