New Theme Erased Thumbnails (6 posts)

I recently upgraded my theme from Arthemia Free to Arthemia Premium. I had major issues getting thumbnails to work properly in Arthemia Premium, so I changed back to Arthemia Free. But now all the thumbnails are missing for all my posts.

I took a look at the custom fields for about 10 posts, and both the name and value have been changed. Ordinarily, the Name is "Image" and the Value is "wp-content/uploads/year/month/imagenamehere.jpg". Now, some posts have "Image" for the Name and the Value is blank. Other posts have "dsq_thread_id" for the Name and a series of numbers (such as "339447278") for the Value.

How can I get all my thumbnails back? I have several hundred posts and I would really like to not have to change each post one by one. I have manually fixed the images for the posts on the homepage so visitors won't see the problem right away. But if you click on any other page, you will see the blank thumbnails.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Since this is a paid, commercial theme with its own functionalities and support system, you'll need to contact the theme developer directly for assistance. Good luck.

Actually, that won't work. I'm using the free version now, so ColorLabs can't/won't help me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

Since your issue is very specific to having downgraded from their premium to free version, the developer is really best placed to help you as it is unlikely anyone here has gone through that particular experience and would be able to help. If you already bought the premium theme, you should be able to log in and submit a question:

You can also contact them here: http://colorlabsproject.com/contact/

    Good luck.

I purchased the entire ColorLabs suite of themes and haven't received any support from them at all. Every theme is broken in multiple ways. Couldn't find a link here anywhere for a list of problems with their themes.

The creepiest thing by far is that they demand an administrator login ID and password to look at your site and refuse to give any support unless you comply. And that's for premium members. Scary. I'm wondering now if they're Nigerian and this is one big scam.

Don't expect help from them. I'm searching WordPress.org trying to find anyone who's actually gotten a response from them. So far, nothing, nada. Not a single person.
