New theme and adsense trouble

I know this isn’t entirely a wordpress issue so much as it is an adsense issue, but I know this forum is full of very knowledgeable people so I figured I’d ask here first. (So mods please don’t delete this post)

I switched my theme recently from Prosense to Grid Focus, and now for some reason the main page (blog style) of my site doesn’t show relevant ads. I used ad section targetting but it’s no help. The main page consists of excerpts from my recent articles, but these excerpts contain many of the main keywords displayed often throughout my site so I don’t understand why the ads wouldn’t be relevant.

This only happens on the front page, on the posts/entries page all of the ads are relevant.

Any ideas?
