I downloaded a new theme to my website.

I do not like it, but I can't seem to remove it.

Now all of my options on my dashboard direct me to a white screen, so I can't make any changes.

I used this website for a school project, I'd like to change it.

I do not know much about WordPress.

Step by step directions would be most appreciated. I can't even go to wp-admin/ page. I'm very lost.

    Here's my site: http://www.victoriastrid.com

You can delete that theme which will let you back into your site - you'll need to have FTP access set up - http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients Your hosting company will be able to help you with the password and access information for your site.

Then find the themes folder and delete the problematic theme.

wordpress >> wp-content >> themes >> the one you want to delete will be in here

I downloaded FileZilla, but I don't understand what files I'm looking for. I didn't save any to my computer.

I logged into my website, through the Host, Username & Password options, but the results said, "Critical error, could not connect to server".

    Please advise.

    THANK YOU!

It sounds like you entered the wrong credentials for your server's FTP access. This are different from your WordPress login details and can be found in your welcome email from your hosting company.

Another option would be to log in to your hosting account's Control Panel and navigate to the File Manager folder and then the location of your WordPress install - from there follow the path indicated by WPyogi above to locate the theme in question and delete it.
