I personally like these minimalist themes with lots of whitespace. The only thing I’d tweak are the settings for your text in the posts themselves as it’s a little cramped. Try this and see if you like it:
p, li, .feedback {
font: 12px/165% Georgia, sans-serif;
letter-spacing: 0px;
word-spacing: 1px;
text-indent: 60px;
line-height: 18px;
}
Just my 2 cents 😉
your bg color does not match the color around the header and sidebar image back grounds.
e-man, I still need to play w/ my css a good bit…I’ll try your suggestions; thanks!
bob, can you explain more and tell me which os/browser you are using? I can’t seem to duplicate your color trouble.

I like it. I’m not a fan of Red and Blue make White, but for some reason it just suites your blog. It’s a far cry from Foggy Tree, but very nice nonetheless. I may have to rethink my stance on Red and Blue make White.
What’s the stuff below the footer?
Your code doesn’t show anything, but looking at it in Firefox 1.0 on Windows 2000, it seems like you have 5 or 6 HRs below the “Powered by” message.
Mac,
Thanks for the comments my friend…it IS a far cry from Foggy Tree but thats what I wanted…something much MUCH cleaner. If you’ll noticed I’ve implemented a theme switcher that cookies your preference so users can view it in their preference.
Pros,
I’ve noticed the extra space/lines at the bottom of the main page as well. I’ve notified the created of the theme and he is working to resolve it. Thanks for the comments guys.
I still have a lot of css styling to do (esp. regarding comments) until I get it just how I want it, but its coming along!
