I've just released a new tagging plugin for WordPress 2.0.x and 2.1: Simple Tagging Plugin
It is based on Jerome's Keywords plugin and provides several features, for example
- easy import of tags from UTW or Jerome's Keywords
- Type-ahead feature when tagging posts
- Related Posts
- Related Tags (feature "stolen" from del.icio.us)

can you update this plugin to clean up after itself so when we deactivate it - it will delete any items it puts in the database, when i clean it up myself then tried to activate it it resulted in an error and expected the tables to still be there
