New sites not showing up in Network Admin->Sites

    I migrated an old WordPress MU installation to WordPress 3.4.2 multi-site. Most things are working fine, but there’s an oddness with the Network Admin->Sites page. The old sites appear there, but newly created sites don’t. If I add the Super Admin user to the new site, it appears under “My Sites” but still doesn’t appear under “Network Admin->Sites”.

    Other than that, the new sites seem to work normally; you just can’t get there from the Network Admin panel.
