I have created my site in a sub domain called /Wordpress. In my hosting Control Panel I have created an Add On domain pointing at this sub domain but when I browse to http://www.mydomain.com I get a page which looks like this:

Am I doing something wrong in WordPress?

Check to make sure that the subdomain is pointing to the right place. Navigate to /wordpress/ off you main domain and find out if you are seeing the same thing (since they should be identical). If not, check to make sure the addon domain is configured correctly.
As well, it looks like active directory is working so it doesn't look like that is the path to your wordpress folder index.....

Thanks for the advice I have checked that the subdomain and it is know pointing /public_html/Wordpress.
The subdomain seems to set up in the same way as my other websites - it wasn't before (it pointed to /Wordpress.) However, now my domain brings up my main website on the TLD.
Do I have to point directly at the index page or something?
