   Can somebody tell me how to replace the sidebar with my own? Also I would like to remove the search function. If you go to http://bubblemusic.com/jonathanbest you will see what I mean. Thank you very much,

   Hi

   In most themes the sidebar contents are in file sidebar.php in your theme folder /wp-content/themes/{themename}

   The search function is probably in header.php in the same folder. Just remove the code pertaining to searching.

   make copies of both of these files before you change anything, just in case.
