New server – Can't establish database connection

I just moved to a new host, got everything uploaded and I’m getting this error when trying to access my blog:

“Error establishing a database connection

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I named my database the same, same username, same password. Any idea what could be wrong? I’m using fatcow hosting, if that helps at all.
