Is there a method or plugin that is compatible with 3.1 for administrators to approval new registrations in WordPress? By default, when registrations are enabled for WordPress, anyone can register. I'd like to restrict this to admin approved people only.
Is this easy, possible or already available as a plugin?

take a look at some plugins.
Oh wow, I looked but didn't see anything like this. I was kinda wanting something that wasn't a plugin in the first place but I guess a plugin will have to do. Thanks for the link! I'm gonna try out Register Plus Redux.
