Are you using a CDN?
Is your host providing a caching setup?
Have you enabled browser caching?
Are you using a mobile device to view site or a full modern browser?
In that modern browser, have you added any extensions?
What locality are you viewing the site from?
Are you behind a caching proxy?

I donot use caching plugin. the cached here is the web browser. I clean its history.

Long time ago, I had turned a cache plugin (for CDN) for faster loaddown. But, I removed it; when I recognized the posts did not show automatically.
(I did not remember which one: WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache; sorry because I removed it too long ago).
The problem I think happened since that. I used to use a “refresh button” on site for guests to click to refresh to see the new posts. But, I think it is a bad idea.
Now, I still got this trouble: “New posts do not show until I refresh site”.

Did you ever figure out why it was happening? I’ve been searching for a solution for a while now. Latest posts only show after a browser refresh. site: ospreys.org.uk.
