   Hi

   I am in need of some desperate help because I have been having this issue for more than two weeks and my host is not being too helpful. In fact at all.

   The problem I am having is that when I visit my website I cannot see the latest posts I have included, plus the changes I have made or even the links page I have created. I have created a post about ecuador, choosing a backpack, have had photos of the week and more, but when I visit my site I always get the site as it was over 2 weeks ago, with the featured content gallery showing the tahiti picture or the vanuatu picture, when it should have been showing the other I mention. Plus, i have been updating older posts, but since the blog appears to be functioning on an old database I cannot see the update and cannot stumble or digg it because the digg digg plugin that i know is there does not appear.

   I have been suggested to contact a wordpress webmaster, but I don't know how to do that. Plus many of you might know what to do. Many thanks in advance.

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
