New post type 'articles' – how do I make it look the same as posts?

    Hey,

    So I’m using an existing template (Ink by Theme Trust) and I want to use a new post type (articles) instead of their default type (projects)…

    I have managed to get my articles displaying on the homepage as features instead of projects but upon clicking on them I get a single page for the post that is a bit messed up.. it’s not the same as single posts (and the same if we view mysite.com/articles/ … it’s not the same as the archive for projects OR single posts)…

    In short, I’d like for my article type to look the same as the default blog posts… just regular posts look fine, but my new ‘articles’ don’t.

    Is there a way I can stop this happening with this plugin or is there something I need to do?
