   I'm new and trying to follow a training course.

   The course shows the tool bar above the post area as having
   two (2) versions. One Visual and a HTML.

   When I go into my new post I have only the HTML with no tab.
   Also above the HTML tool bar I only have one choice Media.

   HOW do I change this to have the full Visual tool Bar WITH
   the "Kitchen Sink" on it that will open.

   Thank you for your help.

   Go to your profile on your site and see if "Disable the visual editor when writing" is checked.
