   How to customize the new post form to have extra fields by default.

   1) Title
   2) Select blog type (Radio button to select one option eg; video, whitepaper, tutorial, caestudy)
   3) Blog Description
   4) Select Industry
   5) Select Category
   5) Insert Tags
   6) Publish

   How to add the extra field (Blog type and Industry) into the default post blog form layout?

   I use it in virtually every install, makes WordPpress a very powerful CMS.
