   This plugin is intended to improve the typographic aspect of french-speaking blog.

   • It filters the content of each article and comment and introduces unbreakable spaces before ? ! : ; and so on. It also adds a slightly smaller space before ? ! and ; as specified by the french reference « Lexique des règles typographiques en usage à l'Imprimerie nationale » , 1990
   • A french quicktag bar is also defined. It helps to introduce uppercase accented letters (ÉÊÀ... and also Ç), some ligatures (OE, oe, AE) and punctuation symbols (« and » for example).

   Wow - sounds like something I defenitely would like - but in swedish.

   Is there also an indentation in the beginning of each second (and after) paragraph. If thats the case I will implement it anyway - just for that!
