Cool. I don’t have a use for it now, but it’s neat-o. I’m a fan of Image Headlines plugin by ColdForged, that has a similar effect but choose any font.
Thinking about it, you could just change the images to be anything you wanted, I just happened to have Scrabble tiles…
In truth, I hate Scrabble – I’m convinced it was spawned in Hell…

It doesn’t, but only because Scrabble only has letters… Scoring with symbols would just be crazy, dude…
I can add the functionality if it would be useful…
i think it’d be cute to be able to have symbols on there – kind of like a “scrabble font” thingamajig…
oh, and don’t forget the blank tile!!! 😀
There is now a new option to use blanks within the tiles, but there are only 2 out of 100 tiles, so you might not always see ’em 😉

Ahhh, this could be used for Ransom Notes too then? Someone could make the ransom-note letters, like cut out of newspaper/magazine letters. That would be cool. Especially if it had a way of randomly switching through 3 or 4 different R’s and A’s and G’s.
I haven’t tried the plugin yet myself, but I think it should try to deal with all the things people might type, basic symbols.
