New Plugin: Comment Form Checker (4 posts)

    With a bit of imagination and ingenuity I developed a plugin that test the name, email and comment fields, before you send it. I find this very useful as avoid us two things:

    Waiting for the form to be sent out, showing the message error and have to click back to correct it. This is a waste of time. To have to do a descriptive error page, as the message that appears in the original word press is quite ugly.

    Nice plugin! Unfortunately the javascript code in the <head> invalidates the page as strict XHTML:

    The response from validator.w3.org:
    This page is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!

    How would this differ from, say, placing the words (required) and (optional) next to the relevant fields?
