   hello,
   i created some new pages today. unfortunately, they show up as tabs on my main menu. i added and deleted them from the menu page on my dashboard. unfortunately, they won't go away.

   Try using a custom menu (if theme supported)...

   Admin Dashboard>Appearance>Menus>Screen Options (top tight)> check all>add your pages/posts/categories/tags/etc...review with theme dev. if an issue.
