I'm working on making the final touches on my theme before I make it public, and would appreciate any feedback (and my "any" I mean "please be nice :)")
http://www.musterion.net/
Fairly straightforward two column website, with a hint of javascript to help with form elements.
The layout remains fairly uniform whether searching or browsing categories or viewing an individual entry. There are a few differences, but nothing significant. I don't include an archive list by default, since IMO the category list is better and the dated archive just clutters things up more.
Looks OK, though personally I hate when the category (or monthly) archives show the whole post instead of excerpts. I want a quick overview, not long scrolling - but that's just my personal taste, I guess :)
I am also not a great fan of commenting on Pages, for public release I'd suggest a page.php template that doesn't call for the comment form.
I've wrestled back and forth over excerpts vs. whole posts, I may change my mind before I release hehe.
As for comments on pages, that's something I personally like having.

hehe... and then later I'll have to answer all the questions here "how to get rid of comments on my page, please help" :)
Well, technically a theme for public release/use should include all the defaults anyway - those who use it can pick and choose....
Anyway, boxy but nice, love the "quiet" greys....
Well, the "default" for Pages - as it was intented when page.php was added: no comments on Pages. And users do expect it to behave in that way. That's why I "predicted" the future questions above :)
