   I've started a multilingual webcomic for a month now (http://www.effycomics.net). I'm new in the wordpress world and there's so much potential with so many plugins that it's hard for me to see which functionality could really improve my website. Ideas are really welcome.

   The overall appearance is rather messy.

   I'll leave it up to someone who can take the time to sort through the home page and give you a better critique.

   OK, I took another look.

   First, your header and sidebar are too light and get confused with the background (what is that, hair?). Gray text on a black background with the 'stuff' on the left makes it nearly unreadable.

   Next, do you have an error in a plugin on the bottom left?

   And what is that narrow box to the right of the error message at the bottom? The word wrap with only 3 or 4 letters makes it difficult to read.

   Is this site supposed to have comics? (like the URL suggests?). If it is, I don't get the image of the bathroom, etc.??

   Thanks... and yes it is hair.

   - For the header, I realized that some computers don't display the intended font.
   - Sidebar... I'll work on it. I have conflicting intention.
   - Bottom left? I don't understand where's the issue.

   The rest is part of this particular comic, so you can try a previous one if you don't like this one. My work is quite experimental (both graphically and in the narrative), and I change style quite often, this one is the only one made that way.
