Hi all,
I updated my WP to the latest 3.3 and 3.3 works fine without the new Media Uploader.
I can only see the gray dimmed window after clicking the media button.
Just like this;

I tried to use Chrome, FireFox and Safari on Mac, and this problem occurred on these browsers.
Of course, I tried with all plugins off.
I also tested this;
http://example.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?load=jquery
and I found no problems of this jquery test.
What happens on my 3.3?
It would be great if you could tell me any advises.

Something like this is usually a conflict with either your plugins or your theme. If you have tried disabling all the plugins and it still wouldn't work, I'd try switching to the default theme and see if that fixes the issue.

now I've just tried all plugins off and using default theme, but this problems doesn't fix.
There's no window to upload medias.
And also I tried this solution, but in vain.

Finally, I've just solved this problem!
The htaccess file caused this.
So I rewrite the htaccess file as same as the original.
