New Media Manager and "Filter" dropdown

    I’m trying to utilize the new media manager on a custom post type to save attachment ids to a custom meta field. I’m able to pass the ids back and forth between the meta field and the editor. But I CANNOT figure out how to get the dropdown to appear that allows you to filter media. In particular, I want to be able to select “Uploaded to this post”.

    I’ve tried setting ‘filterable’ every way I know how with no success. Anyone know the correct options to pull this off?
