New Line Issues ?

I have been having issues with new lines in my post. Every time I add a new line it seems to add <div id=”_mcePaste”> instead of plain old <p>.

I don’t care how wordpress adds new lines as long as it adds lines correctly. When I want to have two spaces between paragraphs it shows up as two spaces in the wysiwyg editor but on the story it only shows one space.
