This wasn't a problem before but now my post links get a Not Found error message:

The requested URL /"..." was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Blog is at news.rotemdesignstudio.com/wordpress

    Thanks for any insights.

Did you do anything? Add a plugin? Deactivate something? Change to a new theme? Upgrade anything?

If not, check with your host. Maybe they "upgraded" something.

Too bad I only noticed this today -- I don't know how long it's been like this.
*However* I did make a mistake by automatically upgrading via my host which wiped out all my customization so I had to have them restore the od files. But that shouldn't have done it, right?

    Thanks!

What did your host upgrade you FROM - TO? Version-wise I mean, because yes that might have caused some problems depending.

The host, LunarPages, offers an instant install of WordPress. My CPanel there tells me I am still on 1.5 and should upgrade to 2.0.

So you had lunarpages boost your version, then you had them restore/roll back to 1.5?

Did they restore the 1.5 database? That's the kicker.... the databases are TOTALLY different.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You need to start your own thread, this isn't the same problem. Please don't continue to hijack the OP's thread.

    Thank you.

Sorry if this is a dumb question , but where is the databases/how can I check that?

Alternativley, if I upgrade manually (ie only the stuff i need to) is there a chance that will correct the problem?

Since I wasn't sure where the problem aly I posted here, and and at FeedDigest, who told me told me:

    >>Oh, I notice your links are all 404ing, but.. that's just the URLs it's trying to go to. I just double checked with our database and those are the URLs we have in our database against each item.

Does this make sense to you? Does mention of the word "database" here mean the same thing you said , maybe, possibly?

    Thanks again!
