new installion via hostgator

Hi, just want to ask about the quickinstall via hostgator. Im really new at this and unbelievably stupid 🙁 I clicked the quickinstall and it downloaded but everytime i go to my website, there is an error message, so i went back to hostgator control panel to try again by uninstalling wordpress and reinstalling. This happened around 4 times until i finally got an email saying successful installation. But when i clicked the link of my website thru that email, it has this error 503.3, exceeded limit. Was it because i tried lots of times installing it? what can do about it? thank you
