   WordPress Version 2.6.1

   I recently installed wordpress and after adding a few entries I decided I would check out the RSS feed for the site. To do this I clicked on the "Entries RSS" link ( http://mybrunners.com/?feed=rss2 ) under the Meta section. This launched my RSS reader, NetNewsWire, and asks me if I want to add the feed. After adding the feed I notice that my entires were not showing up. Next, I validated the RSS url which claims it is working ( http://feedvalidator.org/check?url=http:%2F%2Fmybrunners.com%2F%3Ffeed%3Drss2 ) Does anyone know how to make this work? The only plugin I have installed is the feedburner plugin as a tempory solution. The feedburner plugin is working, but in the long run I do not want to use this plugin for my rss feeds.

   Hi there, you may want to look under settings, reading, I'm using 2.6, but you should be able to set whether the rss feed is a summary or full text, good luck.

   Thanks for the reply, but that isn't the fix since I already had full text selected.

   So I tried another RSS reader (Vienna) and the feed works fine. This makes me believe the issue is with either NetNewsWire or the way the WordPress has setup the rss feed. Anyone else out there setup a WordPress site and have issues with NetNewsWire?
