   Just installed latest version of WP using Fantastico on new URL. All files transferred and wp config.php has all access codes. However, when I try to access the URL all I get is the INDEX of files. Something is missing. Can't figure out what.

   Anyone have any ideas?

   For some reason, it's not installed properly. You have to contact your host support to see if Fantastico works correctly in your hosting account.
