Hi, I am not technically minded at all and have just transferred my web hosting from the web designer who initially created both my WordPress websites. I have now moved my hosting to godaddy.com and both websites are not fully displaying the wording on each page. Godaddy say its because my PHP is 4 and should be PHP 5. Can someone please tell me what can be done as i am completely stuck.
Thanks in advance
Antony

one site http://www.claritycopy.co.uk
Other mcalisterestates.co.uk
From Requirements:
To run WordPress your host just needs a couple of things:
- PHP version 5.2.4 or greater
- MySQL version 5.0 or greater
Godaddy say its because my PHP is 4 and should be PHP 5.
Ask Godaddy to upgrade you to PHP5

Thanks for your replies,
I sat on the phone to go daddy last night for an hour and they changed the PHP setting to 5.2 but its the actual website code that has been written in 4 I believe. The sites are purely missing content although go daddy say that the code needs updating from PHP 4 to 5 and the wording will work.
Any thoughts
Antony
Do mention which WordPress version you are using. WordPress has been working with PHP5 for more than a year already.
Your website designer could provide you with a better insight on whether the theme or plugin which is being used to deploy the site supports PHP5 because there are functions on PHP4 which were deprecated in PHP5.
and both websites are not fully displaying the wording on each page.
I went to the first site and it looked fine.
Can you link to a specific page where the content is not displaying correctly?

http://www.claritycopy.co.uk/home only has one line on it but used to have about 6-8 lines.
My services page is the same.
For the claritycopy page it's WordPress 2.6.3 which is very out of date but again I don't know how to update it.
