New Guy, Should I use this theme

I am fairly new to wordpress, and don’t have the ability or know how to go in and really “edit” files. Am I screwing up by using this theme? It looks exactly as I want my site to look, but I will need to use the wp-property plug in. From your experience will this theme be a good fit for a new guy trying to make a real estate website? Does this theme seem to be plug-in friendly since that’s really the only way I can customized a site with my limited skill set.
