   Hello long time user, first time poster...

   I'm creating a workout program site. As apart of the registration we'd like the users to be able to enter some measurements, a 'before' photo and complete a checklist to ensure they have all the required materials.

   Anyone out there know of a way I can achieve this?

   I'm a UI person by trade and am familiar with tooling around in code bases. But am not a programmer by any stretch of the imagination.
