new dynamic sidebars are not functioning properly

On a site I’m building at http://www.grlife.org

I have registered a sidebar for each of the parent pages I have, via creating a page template for each parent page as well, so that I can call for the corresponding sidebar. I have also added the duplicate widget plugin in case I want to have the same widget on multiple dynamic sidebars.

However, when I go to another page “about” for example, somehow things are getting screwy and it is not inheriting properties for some reason. I can’t figure this out. Anyone able to help?
