New Crowdfunding update, curious form layout issues

Just installed the new Crowdfunding update. The ‘Submit a Campaign’ page looks a little off. Check out the screenshot linked below. Everything you see is a little (or a lot) off. Is this a theme issue (Crowdpress)?
