new contact not publishing

Hi, I’ve been using the connections plugin successfully for a few months. Today, I needed to update some images and add a new contact. I added the images nicely and I added the contact with the category of my choosing which is the same as the others but it did not publish as they have in the past. After reading again how to go about this process I can’t find any mistakes that I could have made. I tried again to add a contact and while I receive no errors within dashboard, the contact does not publish. I do have the latest update of the plugin. I would appreciate any help at this point. Thank You!
