New blog Installed – What file is the homepage?

    Not sure if the title is accurate, but what I have is the latest build of WordPress installed on my website with mySQL etc.

    I’m trying to find the .html or .php or something that I would edit to make the main template and site change.

    What is it and where would I look? I’ve been through FTP etc…couldn’t find anything.
